On Tuesday 4th of November, at 7.30 PM, at the Zurich Tonhalle, Fabio Furia will perform in Masterinterpreten Opus 43 as part of the 2025 Classical Highlights Herbstkonzert Festival.

A top-class concert evening with star violinist Maria Solozobova and the Rhineland-Palatinate State Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Daniel Geiss. The multifaceted program ranges from Mendelssohn’s virtuosic Double Concerto for Violin and Piano with the outstanding performers Hyojin Ellen Kim and E-Hyun Hüttermann to Piazzolla’s sonorous Bandoneon Concerto “Aconcagua” with bandoneon virtuoso Fabio Furia. At the heart of the program is Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in D minor, in which Maria Solozobova displays her expressive power and virtuosity. The evening concludes with Schubert’s youthful Symphony No. 3 – a musical event full of elegance, energy, and emotion.
